I loved my experience at Skin Deep! This was the first time in years that I've tried a new salon so I was very nervous going into the appointment, however as soon as I walked in I felt very comfortable. The salon is a very welcoming environment and all of the staff are very friendly. I found it very easy to chat and have conversations which is rare for me. Emily was so lovely and was very helpful in deciding how to cut my hair and very good at communicating what she thought needed cutting and made me feel very much at ease within the first conversation we had! I love getting my hair washed when I get my hair cut and I was not disappointed, it was a very relaxing experience. The chairs reclined and I was offered a head massage which was wonderful. During the cut, Emily was so lovely to talk to and was extremely friendly. I really enjoyed talking to her and the experience of getting my haircut. After the cut, all of my friends and family loved the cut on me and I've fallen in love with it too! My hair feels healthier than ever and the cut suits me perfectly. Thank you so much Emily! I would definitely recommend this salon and I will 100% be getting my hair cut here again!!

Styled my hair amazingly love the Moroccan oil products they use came in for a consultation and she managed to sit me down and do my hair which I’m so happy about. I will definitely be back. Gave me an amazing recommendation to finally sort my scalp out as well when other hairdressers shamed it. Once again, can’t thank you enough

My first visit today has left me feeling really positive about myself.Nikki was very attentive and knew exactly what style would suit me she listened to me and was really lovely. .So very pleased with my haircut and will definitely return.I have rebooked with Nikki, also would like to add the other ladies were all lovely as I watched them before my appointment and from what I saw they all appear to be a great team. I was very much welcomed and straight away offered a drink excellent customer care and very professional.
